摘要 离线监测仍是早期投产风电机组开展振动监测的一种主要方式。由于离线振动监测需人员进入机组机舱,对运行状态下的风电机组进行数据采集,因此给采集人员带来一定的安全隐患。为实现人员在塔筒顶部平台进行振动数据采集工作,消除人身安全隐患,将无线传输技术应用于振动采集系统,设计了一套振动无线采集系统,系统由振动无线传感器、路由器、无线采集仪构成。设计工作完成后,对振动无线采集系统进行了系统调试、通信稳定性试验、测量性能试验以及现场测试。试验结果表明,所设计的采集系统各功能正常,具备了现场应用的基本条件。 At present, the off-line monitoring is still a main way to carry out vibration monitoring for early wind turbines.During the off-line vibration monitoring, the entering of the cabin to collect data of wind turbines in operation is required, so it brings some potential dangerous to the staff.In order to realize the vibration data acquisition work on the top platform of the tower barrel and eliminate the hidden danger of personal safety, the wireless transmission technology is applied to the vibration acquisition system.A set of wireless vibration acquisition system was designed, which consists of wireless vibration sensor, router and wireless acquisition instrument.After the design work was completed, the system debugging, communication stability test, measurement performance test and field test of the wireless vibration acquisition system were carried out.The test results show that all functions of the acquisition system are normal, and it has the basic conditions for field application.
