摘要
我国特色小镇创新创业存在定位模糊、发展盲目,创业人才难招、创新人才难留,知名度不高,美誉度不够等问题,主要原因为奖惩机制不明让小镇的创新创业迷失方向,公共服务资源不足让创新创业人才对小镇望而却步,宣传力度不够让品牌在小镇的创新创业中难以助力。为此提出集中利用优势资源,合理进行特色定位;完善公共服务资源建设,解决“医(疗)”“教(育)”“(居)住”“(出)行”的问题;打造小镇特色品牌,提升小镇外界形象的对策建议。
There are some problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship of characteristic towns in China,such as fuzzy positioning,blind devel opment,difficulty in recruiting entrepreneurial talents and retaining innovative talents,low popularity and insufficient reputation.The main reasons are as follows:the innovation and entrepreneurship of those towns loses its direction due to the lack of reward and punishment mechanism;those innovative entrepreneurial talents turn away from the town due to the lack of public service resources;it is difficult for the brands to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of the town due to the insufficient publicity.Then,the paper puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions:make reasonable characteristic positioning by full use of advantageous resources;solve the problems such as medical,education,living environment and transportation through improving the construction of public service resources;enhance the external image of the town by building the charac teristic brand of the town.
