乡村振兴战略背景下土地整治内涵发展研究——以广西左江治旱驮英灌区土地整治工程为例

Research on the Development of Land Improvement Connotation under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy——Taking Land Improvement Project of the Tuoying Irrigation Area of the Zuojiang,Guangxi as an Example

在乡村振兴战略背景下,土地整治活动作为改善农村生产生活的重要手段,其内涵将面临着发展和转变。该文以广西左江治旱驮英灌区土地整治工程为例,分析乡村振兴与土地整治的作用机理,得出在乡村振兴战略背景下,驮英灌区土地综合整治工程由传统的对耕地增量提质、单一的改善农业生产条件等内涵转变为农村一二三产业融合发展的重要抓手,并提出灌区综合土地整治转变的实施要点。

Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, land reform as an important ways to improve rural production and life, its connotation will develop and change. This thesis by taking land improvement project of the Tuoying Irrigation Area of the Zuojiang, Guangxi as an example, analyzes the mechanism of rural revitalization and land improvement. The comprehensive land remediation project in the Tuoying Irrigation Area as land improvement project has changed from the traditional increasing quality of cultivated land and the single improvement of agricultural production to integrated development of rural industries, by putting forward the implementation points of land improvement transformation.
