“质量管理学”课程改革探析

A Probe into the Reform of Quality Management Course

“质量管理学”是一门既注重理论又强调实践的课程,集质量管理理论、原则和方法的交叉性学科。“百年大计,质量第一”。质量高低是一个国家经济、科技、教育和管理水平的综合反映。这为“质量管理学”课程教学提出了更高的要求。在这门课程的教学实践中仍存在着教学内容设置不合理、考核方式单一等问题。该文针对“质量管理学”课程教学存在的问题,提出优化教学内容、改良考核考试等教学改革建议。

“Quality Management” is a course emphasizing theory and practice, integrating the principle and method in the field of quality management as in“One hundred years plan, quality first”. Quality is a comprehensive reflection of a country’s economy, science and technology, education and management level which puts forward higher requirements for the teaching of“Quality Management” course. However, there are still some problems in the teaching practice of this course. This paper proposes some suggestions on curriculum reform, optimizing teaching content and improving examination.
