摘要
随着互联网技术的发展和新媒体的兴起,政务微信公众平台凭借多媒体图文推送、权威性、即时性、互动方便快捷等优势,在地震信息发布和防震减灾知识传播中扮演越来越重要的角色。基于鱼骨分析法对地震政务微信公众号运维的影响因素进行归纳和分析,确定其评价指标及权重,最终提出面向运营者的地震政务微信公众平台信息发布效能评价体系。本研究对于今后在社交媒体平台上做好公众信息服务,具有一定借鉴意义。
Along with the development of Internet technology and the rising of new media, official WeChat public platform plays an increasingly important role in earthquake information releasing and dissemination of earthquake disaster reduction knowledge, relying on the its advantages of multimedia-based means of picture-text push, authority, timeliness, interactivity and convenience. Based on Fishbone analysis method, we analyzed the influence factors about operation of earthquake official WeChat public platform to ascertain the evaluation index and weight. Finally, we put forward an operator-oriented efficiency evaluation system of earthquake official WeChat public platform. It's hoped that this study can serve as a reference for public information service on social media platforms.
