食管胃结合部腺癌的研究进展

食管胃结合部腺癌(AEG)是近年来发病率迅速上升的一种恶性肿瘤,预后较差,生存结局不良。由于其特殊的解剖部位和独特的生物学行为,目前人们对AEG的界定、病因、分型、分期、诊断、治疗等各方面认识仍处于探索及过渡阶段。国内外对该疾病的诊疗指南规范经过20多年的发展,依然存在许多争议话题。本文总结归纳了AEG的相关问题,并对其及研究热点进行综述,旨在为临床工作及试验提供有益的启示。

Esophageal and gastric junctional adenocarcinoma (AEG) is a malignant tumor with a rapid increase in incidence in recent years. The prognosis is poor and the survival outcome is poor. Due to its special anatomical location and unique biological behavior, people's understanding of AEG's definition, etiology, classification, staging, diagnosis, treatment and other aspects are still in the exploration and transition stage. After more than 20 years of development, the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease at home and abroad, there are still many controversial topics. This paper summarizes the related issues of AEG, and summarizes its research hotspots, and strives to provide useful inspiration for clinical work and experiments.
