护理管理模式干预对口腔种植患者医院感染情况的影响

Effect of Nursing Management Mode Intervention on Nosocomial Infection in Patients with Oral Implants

目的探讨护理管理对口腔种植患者医院感染情况的影响。方法选取2013年3月~2018年3月在我院行口腔种植术的患者200例,按照抽签法分成对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组接受护理管理模式干预,比较两组医院感染率、空气消毒效果、器械消毒灭菌效果、医护人员手部消毒效果。结果观察组医院感染率为3.00%,低于对照组的10.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组空气消毒合格率为85.00%、医疗器械消毒合格率为87.00%、医护人员双手消毒合格率为86.00%,均高于对照组的73.00%、71.00%、68.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);空气、医疗器械、医护人员双手平均菌落数均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理管理可有效降低口腔种植患者医院感染发生率,提高空气、医疗器械及医护人员双手的消毒效果,改善护理质量,可行性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing management on the incidence of nosocomial infection in patients with dental implantation. Methods The 200 patients with dental implantation in the hospital from March 2013 to March 2018 were selected and numbered. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the drawing lots, with 100 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing, while observation group received nursing management intervention. The nosocomial infection rate, air sterilization effect, disinfection effect of instruments, hand disinfection effect of medical staff was compared between the two groups. Results The nosocomial infection rate of observation group 3.00% was lower than control group 10.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The eligible rate of air sterilization, medical instrument disinfection and hand disinfection of medical staff in observation group 85.00%, 87.00%, 86.00% were higher than those in control group 73.00%, 71.00%, 68.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The average colony count of air, medical instrument, hands of medical staff in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing management for patients with dental implantation can effectively decrease the incidence of nosocomial infection, increase the disinfection effects of air, medical instrument and hands of medical staff, improve nursing quality, which has higher feasibility.
