摘要
京杭运河和小清河是山东省内河水运干线航道,二者连通对于区域经济社会发展具有重大意义。利用GoogleEarth软件,配合现场调查,对连通方案进行了研究,提出了两个可能的选线方案。结果表明,GoogleEarth软件应用于内河航道选线的初步方案研究可大大节省初期测量成本,提高工作效率;京清运河通航可利用济平干渠或黄河,前者“借水行舟”,维护方便,但涉航桥梁众多,部分桥梁改造难度很大;后者桥梁改造少,但航道维护不易,进出黄河通航枢纽技术要求高,两个方案各有优缺点,应结合后续专题研究进一步分析论证。
Beijing-Hangzhou Canal and Xiaoqinghe Channel are the main waterway of Shandong inland waterway, the connection between them is of great significance to the development of regional economy and society. With the help of Google Earth software and on-site investigation, the connectivity scheme is studied and two possible route selection schemes are proposed. The results show that the application of Google Earth software in the preliminary scheme research of inland waterway route selection can greatly save the initial survey cost and improve the work efficiency. The link between the Grand Canal and Xiaoqinghe Channel may make use of the Jinan-Pingyin Trunk Channel or the Yellow River. The former takes advantages of the South-North Water Diversion Project and is easy to maintain, but there are too many bridges which do not meet the requirements of navigation as well as being difficult to reconstruct. The latter has few bridges concerned with navigation, but the channel is hard to maintain and the navigation junctions are of highly complicated technology. In a word, each of the two schemes has its advantages and disadvantages, and further arguments should be performed on the schemes combining with monographic study.
