摘要
本文介绍了油船装船过程中油气的形成及排出过程、油气扩散的特点及影响因素,引用了风洞模拟试验数据使油气扩散区域更加直观,结合具体工程实例进行分析,得出在装船作业中,油码头上的非爆炸危险区域可能因油气扩散的原因而成为爆炸危险区域的结论,并提出相应对策,可供同类码头工程设计参考。
This paper introduces the formation and discharge process of oil and gas, the characteristics of oil and gas diffusion and its influencing factors in the process of loading oil tankers. Wind tunnel simulation test data are cited to make the gas dispersion area more intuitive. Based on the analysis of specific engineering examples, it is concluded that the non-hazardous area on oil wharf may become the explosive dangerous area due to the diffusion of oil and gas. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward, which can be used as a reference for similar wharf engineering design.
