摘要
结合江苏省如东沿海经济开发区洋口新城开发建设项目,分析了EPC工程总承包项目材料认质认价工作管理。通过寻找影响认质认价工作的因素,探索工作管理方法,在注重工程合同的前提下,需结合实际工作,以最低风险的做法进行认质认价工作,并综合考虑多方面的因素,对工程材料认质认价工作做一个总体的认识、操作及控制,降低因工程材料认质认价工作管理而影响整个工程造价波动的风险。
Based on the development and construction of Yangkou New City in Rudong Coastal Economic Development Zone of Jiangsu Province, the management of quality and price recognition of construction material in EPC projects is analyzed in order to explore the factors that affect the quality and price recognition as well as the corresponding management methods. On the premise that project contracts are focused on, the way with minimum risk shall be combined with the practical work to carry out the quality and price recognition. In addition, a variety of factors are considered comprehensively, which will produce an integral understanding, operation and control of the quality and price recognition of construction material, and lower the project cost fluctuation risk caused by inappropriate management of quality and price recognition.
