大通县政策性森林保险的发展及建议

The Development and Suggestions of Policy-Oriented Forest Insurance in Datong County

森林保险是应对森林灾害、维护林农利益、巩固林权改革的有效手段。大通县政策性森林保险开展起步较晚,但发展速度较快。本文结合大通县自然地理条件及森林资源状况,从政策性森林保险的发展现状谈起,总结了大通县森林保险理赔情况及存在的问题,对大通县今后开展政策性森林保险提出了对策建议。

Forest insurance is an effective method to cope with forest disaster,protect the interest of forest farmers and consolidate the reform of forestry rights.The policy-oriented forest insurance in Datong County starts late but develops fast.In this paper,current state of policy-oriented forest insurance will be introduced by integrating the natural geographical conditions and forest resources of Datong.The existing situation of forest insurance claim and problems encountered in Datong is summarized,countermeasures are also suggested toward future development of policy-oriented forest insurance in Datong.
