"Zhuzhou Changbai bitter gourd" is a famous local characteristic bitter gourd variety in Zhuzhou city, Hunan province. It is crisp and tender, tastes bitter, has good quality and high yield, and is deeply loved by local consumers. In this paper, the nutritive value, characteristics, and cultivation management of "Zhuzhou Changbai bitter gourd" were described, in order to provide a basis for its further promotion and utilization.
