The construction of ideological discourse right is not only an important part of social management, but also a difficult point to promote the expansion and optimization of ideological functions in contemporary China. Since the 18th National Congress,in the face of the increasingly complex development situation in the ideological field of China,Xi Jinping put forward a series of new ideas on the construction of ideological discourse right in his speeches,and formed a theoretical system with complete structure and clear logic,which mainly includes the strategic position of ideological discourse right construction,party spirit principle,media application and international vision.
