新媒体传播与少数民族国家安全意识防范

Changes of Ethnic Minority Media in Border Areas and Prevention of National Security Awareness Dissemination through New Media

边疆地区少数民族媒介变迁关涉国家政治安全与意识形态安全稳定。而我国长期处于官方舆论场和民间舆论场交互传播中,传统媒体和新媒体处于交互、分割、界壁、对撞、矛盾、融合发展中,这导致边疆地区少数民族媒介变迁与国家安全意识的现实基础、表现形态、社会作用发生深刻的变化。新媒体传播对边疆地区少数民族社会区域发展具有取信性,对边疆地区少数民族经济发展具有守正性,对边疆地区少数民族文化生活具有延展性,对国家安全意识具有虚无性。

Changes of media and national security awareness concern national political security and ideological security and stability. China has long been involved in the interactive communication of official public opinion and civil public opinion,therefore,Chinese traditional media and new media formed interaction,segmentation,division, collision,contradiction and integration. Such relationships led to a profound transformation of realistic basis, manifestation and social function of ethnic minority media in border areas and national security awareness. Given these problems,this paper suggests that new media communication is credible for the development of minority social regions in border areas;new media communication has a positive effect on the economic development of minority nationalities in border areas;new media communication has extensibility to the cultural life of minority nationalities in border areas;and new media communication takes on nihility to national security awareness.
