摘要
文化产业人才培训是一个颇具“中国特色”的研究议题,在与中国文化产业发展历程同构过程中经历着秩序逻辑、能力逻辑的形成、转化,也陷于如何统一命题的尴尬。新时代高质量竞争规则的改变放大了人才作为文化产业关键因素和制约因素的影响,高质量人才支撑逐渐成为文化产业人才培训的当代共识和要求。这需要重估文化产业人才培训的秩序逻辑和能力逻辑,并在市场化下探寻新的整合方式,平台应成为当前一条有益探索。
Talent training in cultural industry is a special research topic,which has experienced the formation and transformation of order logic and ability logic in the process of the cultural industry and also trapped in the embarrassment of how to unify the proposition. The change of high quality competition rules in the new era magnifies the influence of talent as the key factor and restriction factor of cultural industry,and the support of high quality talents has gradually become the contemporary consensus and requirement of talents training in cultural Industry. It is necessary to re - evaluate the order logic and ability logic of cultural industry personnel training,and explore a new way of integration under the marketization,the platform should be a beneficial Exploration at present.
