SCM420H钢连铸坯高温热塑性研究

摘要 利用Gleeble3800热模拟试验机测试了SCM420H钢的高温热塑性,并用扫描电镜对拉伸后的试样断口进行了观察分析。结果表明:SCM420H钢在925~1200℃时,断面收缩率大于60%,具有良好的塑性。材料脆性温度区间在700~900℃,在制定连铸和热轧工艺制度时应避开该温度区间。 High temperature ductility of steel SCM420H continuous cast slab is investigated through high temperature tensile test on GLEEBLE 3800 Thermo Simulator. Meanwhile, the fracture of samples is observed by Scanning Electron Microscope. The results indicate that the section shrinkage rate of steel SCM420H at the temperature range of 925 ~ 1200℃ is more than 60% and its ductility is excellent. The brittle temperature range of the material is 700-900 ℃. Therefore, it is imperative to avoid those temperature ranges in preparing the continuous casting and hot rolling processes.
