摘要
正火轧制在实际应用中可节约能源和时间,同时能大幅度降低生产成本,在欧洲标准EN10025-2和国标GB 1591-2008中均详细阐述了正火轧制标准。本文以冶金学为基础对正火轧制变形的奥氏体进行晶粒细化再结晶,保温后空冷,钢板获得了较细的晶粒,从而达到了正火热处理的效果。钢板经检验后组织均匀致密,冲击韧性优异,拉伸性能更稳定,满足压力容器相关标准要求。
The normalizing rolling can greatly reduce energy, time and production costs. Both the European standard EN10025-2 and the national standard GB 1591-2008 have detailed the standard of normalizing rolling. This article described the way to refine and recrystallize the grains of the deformed austenite gained in normalizing rolling, through thermal insulation and air cooling afterwards, the plate obtains finer grains, which is similar to the property of normalizing treatment steel. The test results show that, the product has uniform and compact metallographic structure, excellent impact toughness and stable tensile performance, satisfying the relevant requirements of pressure vessels.
