摘要
总结整体道床铁路隧道隧底病害特点,分析了各类主要病害的成因机理,提出了相应的整治方案设计,通过工程实例验证整治方案的有效性。整体道床隧道内轨道平顺性对于隧底各类病害较为敏感,隧底易形成高压地下水而造成轨道上拱,往往多种病害同时产生。提出了“道床锚固+离缝充填+细颗粒固结+合理排水”的综合整治方案。以唐呼线集宁隧道下行线隧底病害整治工程为例,开展了方案现场应用,整治效果良好。
The characteristics of tunnel bottom defects in railway tunnel with monolithic roadbed were summarized.Defect cause mechanism of main defects were analyzed,and the design of defect treatment scheme were proposed.The effectiveness of treatment scheme was varified by engineering examples.The track smoothness in railway tunnel with monolithic roadbed are sensitive to the tunnet bottom defects,tunnel bottom high pressure in groundwater commonly leads to track arching.A variety of defects usually occur at the same time.A comprehensive treatment scheme is proposed including roadbed anchorage,off-seam f illing,f ine particles consolidation and reasonable drainage.The proposed defect treatment is applied in Tangshan-Hohhot Railway Jining Tunnel and its effect is verif ied.
