摘要
SKC1基因是已经克隆的水稻耐盐主效基因,位于水稻1号染色体。为了在水稻育种中高效利用SKC1耐盐基因,前期研究利用TILLING技术检测宁夏水稻主栽品种宁粳28号EMS诱变群体,得到了SKC1基因的SNP突变体。本研究通过芽期、苗期、孕穗期、全生育期耐盐性鉴定,对16份农艺性状优良的水稻耐盐基因SKC1等位变异突变体的耐盐性进行了全面评价,结果表明:耐盐性强的突变材料有:18NY-10、18NY-12、18NY-14,耐盐性较强的突变材料有:18NY-2、18NY-4、18NY-5、18NY-6、18NY-7、18NY-8、18NY-13、18NY-16。结果可为宁夏水稻耐盐育种提供种质资源。
SKC1 gene is a major salt tolerance gene cloned from rice,which is located in chromosome 1 of rice.For efficient use of SKC1 salt-tolerant genes in rice breeding,and previous studies using TILLING technology to detect EMS mutant population of Ningxia main rice variety Ningjing 28,and obtained SNP mutant of SKC1 gene.In this study,salt tolerance of 16 allelic mutants of rice salt tolerance gene SKC1 with good agronomic traits were comprehensively evaluated through salt tolerance identification at bud stage,seedling stage,booting stage and whole growth stage.The results showed that salt-tolerant mutants were 18 NY-10,18 NY-12,18 NY-14,and salt-tolerant mutants were 18 NY-2,18 NY-4,18 NY-5,18 NY-6,18 NY-7,18 NY-8.18 NY-13,18 NY-16.The results could provide germplasm resources for rice salt tolerance breeding in Ningxia.
