摘要
继续医学教育实际上是在医学教育毕业后,将医学领域新理论、新技术、新知识、新方法进行重新学习的教育模式。继续医学教育中继续医学教育档案是重要的一种构成成分,属于宝贵的一种信息资源。继续医学教育档案的规范管理,可显著提升档案管理信息化的力度,构建促进医疗卫生机构业务水平和专业技术水平的有效方法。PDCA属于全新的一种管理措施,主要有计划(plan)、实施(do)、核查(check)、处置(action),在质量管理中应用PDCA循环的临床效果比较良好,此次阐述了分析继续医学教育档案管理的发展现状,研究在继教档案管理中PDCA循环的应用情况。
Continuing medical education is actually an educational model that re-learns new theories, new technologies, new knowledge, and new methods in the medical field after graduating from medical education.Continuing medical education archives in continuing medical education is an important component and a valuable information resource. The standardized management of continuing medical education archives can significantly enhance the intensity of archive management information and build an effective method to promote the business level and professional skills of medical and health institutions. PDCA is a brand of new management measure, mainly including plan, do, check, and action. The clinical effect of applying PDCA cycle in quality management is relatively good.
