整合医学视角下的医学PBL教学创新与发展 被引量:16

摘要 以问题为导向的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)是人本主义哲学为基础的重要建构主义教学模式,广泛应用于医学教育的不同领域。现代社会人文医学迅速兴起,以PBL为平台的课程改革,打破学科为中心的课程体系,实现了课程体系、教学形式、教学资源、认知过程、教学评估、教学理念的多方面整合与发展。同时,作为医学PBL教学发展的内在需求与动力,整合型医学PBL课程、多轨式\多模式PBL教学、网络PBL教学-智慧学习、岗位胜任力为导向的多元化PBL评估体系、医学PBL课程的本土化改革与实践,进一步强化专业技能、科研创新能力、人文素养的培养,推动了医学教育教学理念的更新与进步。 Problem-based learning(PBL) is an important constructivist teaching model based on humanistic philosophy and is widely used in different fields of medical education. The modern society and humanities medicine is rapidly emerging. The curriculum reform based on PBL breaks the discipline-centered curriculum system and realizes the integration and development of curriculum system, teaching form, teaching resources,cognitive process, teaching evaluation and teaching concept. At the same time, as the internal demand and motivation of medical PBL teaching development, integrated medical PBL course, multi-track/multi-mode PBL teaching, network PBL teaching-wisdom learning, post competencyoriented diversified PBL evaluation system, localization reform and practice of medical PBL course further strengthen the cultivation of professional skills, research and innovation capabilities, and humanistic qualities, and promote the renewal and advancement of medical education teaching concepts.
