摘要 目的探讨在实验诊断学实习教学中应用基于案例学习(CBL)结合基于问题学习(PBL)教学方法的效果。方法以2018级临床医学系学生60人为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分为对照组(n=30,采取传统教学方法)与实验组(n=30,采取CBL结合PBL教学方法),对两组学生的教学效果进行观察。结果实验组简答题、理论成绩、病例分析题均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组对教学方法的评价,包括学习兴趣、团队协作能力培养、自主学习能力、解决问题能力等得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实验诊断学实习课教学中应用CBL联合PBL教学,效果显著。 Objective To discuss the application value of case-based learning(CBL) plus problem-based learning(PBL) in the teaching of experimental diagnostics. Methods 60 students of clinical medicine department of grade 2018 were selected as subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group(n=30,using traditional teaching method) and experimental group(n=30, using CBL combined with PBL teaching method). The teaching effect of two groups of students was observed. Results Simple answers, theoretical results and case analysis questions in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The experimental group’s evaluation of teaching methods, including learning interest, team cooperation ability, autonomous learning ability and problem-solving ability were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion CBL plus PBL modes can remarkably increase the teaching effect.
