摘要
目的探究分层-协作带教方式在ICU硕士研究生临床带教中的应用效果。方法选择我院ICU进行轮转的研究生60名作为研究对象。按轮转周期分为两组,每组各30名。对照组采用传统教学方式,观察组则接受分层-协作带教方式。轮转结束后,比较两组学生考试成绩及教学质量的评价。结果轮转结束后,观察组学生的考试成绩高于对照组,学生对教学内容、教学方式以及教学效果方面的评分均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层-协作带教方式能显著提高硕士研究生的理论与操作成绩及其对教学质量的评价,在临床上的应用价值高。
Objective To explore the effect of stratification-collaborative teaching methods in clinical teaching of ICU master graduate students.Methods 60 rotating graduate students who came to our ICU for internship were selected as the research objects. According to the rotation cycle, they were divided into two groups, 30 students in each group. The control group adopted traditional teaching methods. The observation group received the layered-collaborative teaching method. After the rotation, the two groups of students’ examination results and the evaluation of teaching quality were compared. Results After the rotation, the test scores of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of the students on teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching effects were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The stratificationcollaborative teaching method works well in ICU postgraduate clinical teaching.
