血液透析对急性肾衰竭患者的治疗效果

The Effect of Hemodialysis on Patients With Acute Renal Failure

目的观察血液透析治疗急性肾衰竭的效果。方法选取我院2014年2月-2018年2月进行临床治疗的急性肾衰竭患者80例作为研究对象。按照选入时间分成治疗组(血液透析疗法)与对照组(常规治疗),每组各40例。比较两组患者的治愈情况、死亡情况、住院时间、并发几率等。结果治疗组中,治愈率为92.5%,死亡率为7.5%,并发率为10.0%;对照组分别为80.0%、20.0%、22.5%,治疗组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的住院时间为(13.7±2.8)d;对照组患者的住院时间为(24.8±3.2)d,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性肾衰竭的临床治疗中,血液透析治疗方式能帮助患者获得显著的治疗效果,使患者的生存质量得以提升。

Objective To observe the effect of hemodialysis on acute renal failure. Methods 80 patients with acute renal failure treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the selected time, the patients were divided into treatment group(hemodialysis therapy) and control group(routine treatment), 40 cases in each group. The cure, death, hospitalization time and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results In the treatment group, the cure rate was 92.5%, the mortality rate was 7.5%, and the complication rate was 10.0%. In the control group, the cure rate was 80.0%,20.0% and 22.5%, respectively. The treatment group was better than the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). The hospitalization time of the patients in the treatment group was(13.7±2.8) days, and that of the patients in the control group was(24.8±3.2) days. The treatment group was better than the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of acute renal failure, hemodialysis can help patients to obtain significant therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
