美洛昔康辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Meloxicam in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨谷氨酰胺联合美洛昔康对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)肠黏膜屏障损伤的保护作用及HGF因子、D-乳酸水平的影响。方法选取2008年8月-2017年8月我院收治的重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者86例作为研究对象。按数字表法,将其分为两组。两组患者均常规行营养治疗。对照组应用谷氨酰胺治疗,研究组联合应用美洛昔康治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组腹痛消失时间及平均住院时长均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组各时间点下的血浆内毒素水平、HGF及D-乳酸水平均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SAP患者应用谷氨酰胺联合美洛昔康疗效优于谷氨酰胺单用。

Objective To explore the protective effect of glutamine combined with meloxicam on intestinal mucosal barrier injury in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) and the effect of HGF factor and D-lactic acid level. Methods A total of 86 patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)admitted to our hospital from August 2008 to August 2017 were selected as the study subjects. According to the method of digital table, it is divided into two groups. Two groups of patients were routinely treated with nutrition.The control group was treated with glutamine. The study group was treated with meloxicam. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain and the average length of hospitalization in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After treatment, the plasma endotoxin level, HGF and D-lactic acid level of the study group were better than those of the control group at each time point,with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Glutamine Combined with meloxicam in SAP patients is better than that of glutamine alone.
