莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗功能性消化不良

Mosapride Combined With Halopethiazide and Melitracen Tablets in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的分析莫沙必利+氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片在功能性消化不良临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选择我院于2018年1-12月收治的功能性消化不良患者82例作为研究对象。借助计算机将患者随机划分成两组,即对照组(41例)、观察组(41例),对照组患者接受莫沙必利治疗,观察组患者接受莫沙必利+氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为97.56%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为78.05%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=7.289,P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率为7.32%,对照组患者的并发症发生率为31.71%,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=7.765,P<0.05)。结论对功能性消化不良患者行莫沙必利+氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,不仅效果较为确切,而且具有较好的安全性保障,可以减少患者出现并发症的风险。

Objective To analyze the effect of mosapride + flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 82 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by computer: control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases). The control group received mosapride.The patients in the observation group were treated with Mosapride plus halopethiazide and melitracen tablets. The effective rate of treatment and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.56%, while that in the control group was 78.05%. There was significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=7.289, P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 7.32% in the observation group and 31.71% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=7.765, P<0.05).Conclusion Mosapride + flupentixol and melitracen tablets treatment for patients with functional dyspepsia is not only effective, but also has good safety guarantee, can reduce the risk of complications and has the value of clinical popularization.
