双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散对小儿腹泻的治疗

Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea With Bifid Triple Viable Bacteria Tablets and Montmorillonite Powder

目的对双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散对小儿腹泻的治疗效果进行分析和探讨。方法选择我院在2017年5月-2018年5月收治的120例小儿腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照患儿的病历单双号,将其随机的划分为对照组和观察组,每组各有60例患儿,采用单一蒙脱石散治疗对照组患儿,采用双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗观察组患儿,对两组患儿的临床治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果对照组患儿中共计有34例治愈,6例显效,10例有效,10例无效,达到了83.3%的有效率,观察组患儿中共计有51例治愈,4例显效,4例有效,1例无效,达到了98.3%的有效率;对照组患儿的呕吐恢复时间为(2.60±0.72)d,大便恢复时间为(5.05±1.33)d,腹痛恢复时间为(2.68±0.82)d,体温恢复时间为(2.98±0.63)d,观察组患儿的呕吐恢复时间为(1.21±0.42)d,大便恢复时间为(2.18±0.51)d,腹痛恢复时间为(1.07±0.53)d,体温恢复时间为(2.00±0.42)d,两组患儿在有效率与症状恢复时间方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿腹泻的临床治疗中应用双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗具有很好的效果,能够使患儿的临床症状得到快速改善。

Objective To analyze and discuss the therapeutic effect of bifid triple live biopsy combined with montmorillonite powder on diarrhea in children. Methods 120 children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to their medical records, each group had 60 children. The control group was treated with single montmorillonite powder. Bifid triple viable bacteria tablets combined with montmorillonite powder were used to treat children in observation group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results A total of 34 cases were cured in the control group, 6 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were effective, 10 cases were ineffective, and 83.3% were effective. In the observation group, 51 cases were cured, 4 cases were markedly effective, and 4 cases were effective. One case was ineffective and achieved an effective rate of 98.3%;the recovery time of vomiting in the control group was(2.60±0.72) d, the recovery time of stool was(5.05±1.33) d, and the recovery time of abdominal pain was(2.68±0.82)d The recovery time of body temperature was(2.98±0.63)d. The recovery time of vomiting was(1.21±0.42) d, the recovery time of stool was(2.18±0.51)d, and the recovery time of abdominal pain was(1.07±0.53)d. The body temperature recovery time was(2.00±0.42) d, and the difference between the two groups was significant in the effective rate and symptom recovery time, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of bifid triple live biopsy combined with montmorillonite powder in the clinical treatment of diarrhea in children has a good effect, which can improve the clinical symptoms of children.
