摘要
目的分析研讨蒙脱石散联合金双歧片治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年3月-2017年10月收治的小儿急性腹泻患儿80例作为研究对象。采用1∶1随机数字法,将其分两组,每组各40例。对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,研究组接受蒙脱石散联合金双歧片治疗,观察两组患儿临床治疗疗效,并比较。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应总发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的17.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿退热时间、呕吐消失、腹痛消失、大便正常时间均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建议临床治疗小儿急性腹泻可考虑联合蒙脱石散和金双歧片药物,疗效突出,促进症状改善速度,安全可靠。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder combined with golden bifid tablets in the treatment of acute diarrhea in children. Methods 80 children with acute diarrhea admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects. Using 1:1 random number method, the patients were divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder. The study group received montmorillonite powder combined with golden bifid tablets. The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%, higher than 77.50%of the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%, which was lower than 17.50% in the control group(P <0.05). The fever abatement time, vomiting disappearance, abdominal pain disappearance and normal stool time in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that the combination of montmorillonite powder and golden bifid tablets should be considered in the clinical treatment of acute diarrhea in children. The curative effect is prominent,the improvement speed of symptoms is promoted, and the drug is safe and reliable.
