盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗中耳炎的效果分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析中耳炎患者应用盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗的效果。方法选取2017年4月-2018年7月我院收治的92例中耳炎患者作为研究对象。根据入院时间先后顺序,将全部患者分成常规组(n=46)和干预组(n=46)。两组患者分别应用氯霉素滴耳液治疗和盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组患者IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α有所降低,且低于治疗前,而干预组患者IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α、不良反应率、复发率低于常规组,治疗有效率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中耳炎患者应用盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗的效果较显著,能明显改善患者炎症指标,清除细菌,避免复发,且用药安全。 Objective To analyze the effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops on patients with otitis media. Methods 92 patients with otitis media admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were divided into routine group(n=46) and intervention group(n=46) according to the order of admission time. Two groups of patients were treated with chloramphenicol ear drops and levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops respectively. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in IL-1β, IL-8 and TNF-α between the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1β, IL-8 and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before treatment. The IL-1β, IL-8, TNF-α, adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the treatment efficiency was higher than that in the conventional group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of otitis media with levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops is effective, which can significantly improve the patient’s inflammation index, eliminate bacteria, avoid recurrence, and safe medication.
