胸腺肽联合参芪胶草汤治疗肺癌的效果分析

The Effect of Thymosin Combined With Shenqi Jiaocao Decoction in the Treatment of Lung Cancer

目的探讨胸腺肽联合参芪胶草汤治疗肺癌的效果。方法选取2017年5月-2018年5月我院收治的60例肺癌患者,随机分为两组,对照组应用胸腺肽注射治疗,研究组给予参芪胶草汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、免疫功能、毒副作用。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组各项免疫功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的毒副反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组炎性因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌患者进行胸腺肽联合参芪胶草汤治疗,效果理想。可提高免疫功能,降低毒副作用和炎性因子水平,改善患者预后,临床价值高。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of thymosin combined with shenqi jiaocao decoction on lung cancer. Methods 60 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with thymosin injection and the research group was treated with shenqi jiaocao decoction. The therapeutic effect, immune function and toxic and side effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The immune function indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of side effects in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Thymosin combined with shenqi jiaocao decoction is effective in the treatment of lung cancer. It can improve the immune function, reduce the level of toxic and side effects and inflammatory factors, and improve the prognosis of patients with high clinical value.
