神经外科护理技术与院内感染的相关因素分析

摘要 目的对神经外科护理技术与院内感染的相关因素进行分析,并根据影响因素对医院感染进行有效的防控。方法通过随机抽样法选择2017年7月-2018年6月在我院收治的564例神经外科患者,并依据《院内感染诊断标准》确诊的42例感染患者作为研究对象,回顾分析院内感染出现的可能性因素,并对护理前后院内感染的出现率进行观察、对比。结果在院内感染出现的可能性因素中,性别例数、感染部位差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而患者的年龄、手术时间、抗生素使用的种类以及住院时间的术后感染率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从上述院感因素出发,给予相应的护理后,护理前院内感染出现例数共计38例,院内感染率为6.74%,护理后院内感染出现例数共计4例,院内感染率为0.71%,护理前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科出现的院内感染与其科室护理技术存在密切的关系,通过掌握院内感染的因素,采取针对性的护理技术,能够减少神经外科院内感染的出现。 Objective To analyze the related factors of neurosurgery nursing technology and nosocomial infection, and to prevent and control nosocomial infection effectively according to the influencing factors. Methods 564 neurosurgical patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected by random sampling, and 42 cases of infected patients diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of nosocomial infection were selected as the research objects. The possible factors of nosocomial infection were retrospectively analyzed, and the incidence of nosocomial infection before and after nursing was observed and compared.Results Among the possible factors of nosocomial infection, there was no significant difference in the number of cases of sex and the location of infection(P > 0.05). There were significant differences in age, operation time, types of antibiotics used and infection rate after hospitalization(P < 0.05). Based on the above factors, after giving corresponding nursing care, 38 cases of nosocomial infection occurred before nursing, the nosocomial infection rate was 6.74%, and 4 cases of nosocomial infection after nursing, the nosocomial infection rate was 0.71%. There was significant difference before and after nursing(P < 0.05). Conclusion There is a close relationship between nosocomial infection in neurosurgery and its nursing technology. By mastering the factors of nosocomial infection and adopting targeted nursing technology, the occurrence of nosocomial infection in neurosurgery can be reduced.
