集束化护理干预对脑出血患者死亡率的影响

The Effect of Cluster Nursing Intervention on Mortality in Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨集束化护理干预在ICU脑出血患者中的护理效果及对死亡率的影响。方法选择黑龙江省医院收治的脑出血患者62例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各31例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,联合集束化护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果及对死亡率的影响。结果护理后7 d,观察组患者的Fugl-Meyer和Barthel评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组随访3个月死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理随访1个月、2个月死亡率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将集束化护理干预用于ICU脑出血患者中有助于提高患者运动及日常生活能力,能降低死亡率。

Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on ICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage and its influence on mortality. Methods 62 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Heilongjiang Hospital were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 31 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing. On the basis of the control group, the observation group combined with cluster nursing intervention. The nursing effect and mortality of the two groups were compared. Results 7 days after nursing, the Fugl-Meyer and Barthel scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in mortality between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05). The mortality rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 1 and 2 months of nursing follow-up(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of cluster nursing intervention in ICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage is helpful to improve their motor and daily living ability, and can reduce the mortality rate.
