中西医结合护理对于慢性乙肝患者的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Patients With Chronic Hepatitis B

目的探究对于慢性乙肝患者实施中西医结合护理的干预效果,旨在为临床上更好地对慢性患者进行治疗并护理提供依据。方法选取2017年8月-2018年8月所在科室收诊的慢性乙肝患者96例作为研究对象,以入院顺序为原则,将96例患者分为两组。对照组48例给予常规临床护理,实验组48例实施中西医结合护理方式。采用肝功能指标进行护理效果的评价。结果对两组患者经过护理后对护理工作满意度的评分情况进行比较,实验组患者护理评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者在HBV-DNA阴性情况、谷丙转氨酶正常以及总胆红素正常情况方面优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过中西医结合护理干预方式可显著改善患者各项肝功能指标,从而提升治疗效果慢性乙肝患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of intervention on the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. It is intended to provide a basis for clinically better treatment and care for chronic patients. Methods 96 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as subjects.Based on the principle of admission order, 96 patients were divided into two groups. 48 cases in the control group were given routine clinical nursing. In the experimental group, 48 cases were given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing. The nursing effect was evaluated by liver function index. Results Comparing the scores of nursing job satisfaction between the two groups after nursing, the nursing score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The experimental group was superior to the control group in HBV-DNA negative, normal alanine aminotransferase and total bilirubin(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention can significantly improve the liver function indicators of patients, thus improving the quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
