摘要
热泵型空气吸湿式膜蒸馏组件再生干燥装置具有再生干燥速度较快、能耗低、无废气排放等特点。在简要介绍其工作原理的基础上,利用其特性方程,对膜蒸馏组件再生干燥速度、空气出加热器温度、出膜组件温度、出冷却器温度、耗电功率随循环空气流量的变化规律进行了计算分析,可为装置的设计和调控提供参考。
The regenerative drying device of heat pump air hygroscopic membrane distillation module had the characteristics of fast regenerative drying speed, low energy consumption and no exhaust gas emission. On the basis of briefly introducing its working principle and using its characteristic equation, the variation of regeneration drying speed, air outlet heater temperature, membrane outlet module temperature, outlet cooler temperature and power consumption with circulating air flow rate were calculated and analyzed, which could provide reference for the design and regulation of the device.
