The present situation of obtaining certificates by cylinder valves in gas fire extinguishing system was introduced. The process and requirements of obtaining certificates for special equipment of cylinder valves used in gas fire extinguishing system were described. Specific analysis and comparison were made on the requirements of special equipment type test and fire fighting system test of products. The results could provide references for domestic and foreign gas fire extinguishing system cylinder valve manufacturers to obtain certificates.
