大功率相控阵雷达天馈网络热控技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着相控阵雷达天线阵面功率-孔径密度越来越大,天馈网络的辐射单元、绕线层电缆等功耗日益增加,其散热设计成为雷达热控系统设计新的关注点。天馈网络相关设备结构形态各异,难与阵面冷却大板形成热紧密装配,且数量成千上万,总功耗达数十千瓦以上,散热难度较大。文中以圆极化天线为例,分析了天馈网络器件发热机理,结合热控要求,提出了热传导和强迫对流散热并重的复合型散热方式,通过热分析计算,借助于天线小面阵热测试,验证了该天馈网络复合型散热方式的有效性,并提出优化散热措施,为大功率相控阵雷达天馈网络的散热需求提供了可行的解决方案。 With the rapid growth of power-aperture density of phased array radar antenna, the power consumption of antenna and the feeding network such as radiating elements, circuit lines in the routing layer is increasing simultaneously. The feeding network structure is generally irregular and difficult to couple with the cooling plate tightly. Moreover, thousands of units relating to the antenna and feeding network bring approximately kilowatts power consumption, which facilitates thermal control becoming a main topic in radar system design. Taking a circularly polarized antenna for example, this study firstly analyzes its thermal mechanism, and a hybrid cooling solution combined with heat conduction and forced convection is proposed. According to the numerical and experimental results, the feasibility of the hybrid cooling solution is verified and two optimized solutions are provided, which is referential for the thermal design of the antenna and feeding network of high power phased array radar antenna.
