摘要
针对大功率微波PIN开关产生谐波问题,提出了一种谐波对消PIN开关电路,通过一个反向并联PIN管对二次谐波进行对消抑制。在谐波对消原理分析基础上研制了谐波对消PIN开关试验电路,实测在工作频率1~1.2 GHz,输入功率45 dBm以下范围内,二次谐波小于-63.5 dBc,比无谐波对消的PIN开关的二次谐波减小14 dB以上,有效抑制了大功率PIN开关产生的二次谐波。
A PIN switch with harmonic cancellation circuit is proposed for the situation that PIN switch induces harmonic signal at high power. The harmonic cancellation circuit is composed of a reverse paralleling PIN diode. Based on theoretical analysis, the experimental circuit is developed and measured. The result shows that the second harmonic is smaller than-63.5 dBc which is 14 dB better than before when frequency is 1-1.2 GHz and input power is smaller than 45 dBm. This harmonic cancellation circuit can effectively suppress the second harmonic.
