温阳健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Wenyang Jianpi decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach weakness type

目的分析温阳健脾汤在脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗中的应用效果,以期为进一步提高慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效提供参考。方法 88例脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,采用抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者给予温阳健脾汤治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为90.91%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者慢性炎症、异型增生、腺体萎缩症状积分均较治疗前显著下降,且观察组上述症状积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗中应用温阳健脾汤可取得比常规西药治疗更显著的临床疗效,对患者的症状改善更显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of Wenyang Jianpi decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach weakness type,so as to provide reference for further improving the clinical efficacy of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach weakness type were divided by lottery method into control group and observation group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Jianpi decoction. The clinical efficacy and clinical symptom improvement in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as 90.91% than 75.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, both groups had declined symptom score of chronic inflammation,dysplasia and glandular atrophy than those before treatment,and the observation group had lower above symptom integrals than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Wenyang Jianpi decoction shows more significant clinical efficacy than conventional western medicine in treating chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach weakness type, and it can significantly improve the symptoms of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
