摘要
交流变电技改工程是电网企业年度电力设备设施技术改造及检修的重要内容,其中直接工程费占技改工程造价的比重较大。以国网上海市电力公司2016年交流变电技改项目为对象,通过专家打分法和熵权法,确定了指标权重。在此基础上通过多准则妥协解排序法(VIKOR),确定了影响交流变电技改工程造价主要因素的重要度值,并对重要度值进行聚类分析,划分出了影响交流变电技改工程造价因素的重要程度分类,从而为交流变电技改工程造价控制提供了方向性参考。
The AC substation technical transformation project is an important part of the annual power facilities technical transformation of the power grid enterprises. Its direct construction cost accounts for a large proportion of the cost of technical transformation project. In the case study of the AC Transformation Technology Reform Project in 2016 in Shanghai Electric Power Company,the weight of the index has been determined by the expert scoring method and the entropy weight method. On this basis, the VIKOR method is used to determine the importance value of the main factors affecting the project cost,and make a cluster analysis with the importance value, and classify the importance of the influencing factors. This research can provide a directional reference for the AC substation technical transformation project cost control.
