摘要
近年来风电装机数量快速增长,新能源发电占比逐渐提高,由此带来的电网调峰问题日益突出,尤其是风电的消纳矛盾日渐加剧。风电场理论功率计算可以更好地分析风电场实际发电和限电情况,以及弃风电量情况等,用以缓解电网和风电场发电之间的矛盾,有利于电网调度准确评估风电场的实际风力发电值。通过样板机法、测风塔外推法、机头风速法来计算风电场理论功率,并对这几种计算方式进行了对比分析,综合各种计算优势得出更切合实际的理论功率。
In recent years, with the rapid growth of wind power installation,the proportion of new energy is gradually increasing,and the problem of peak load regulation is more prominent, particularly the problem of consumption of wind power. The theoretical power calculation of wind farm can be used to better analyze the actual power generation and limitation of wind farm, as well as the situation of wind power abandonment,alleviate the contradiction between power grid and wind farm, which is conducive to the accurate evaluation of the actual wind power generation value of wind farm for grid dispatch. In this paper, the theoretical power of wind farm is calculated by the model machine method* the wind tower extrapolation method and the cabin wind speed method,and the optimal calculation method is selected by comparing and analyzing these calculation methods.
