摘要
阐述了火电厂脱硫热工设备作用及分类。分析了烟气脱硫系统的热工仪表和执行机构常见故障,提出在日常检修和维护方面必须结合脱硫系统的具体工况、参数、位置等进行逻辑分析,由故障报警的直接反馈点到间接可能情况进行分级检查。指出迅速准确地找到故障并及时排除,才能最大程度地减少损失。
This paper analyzes and generalizes the common faults of thermal instrumentation and actuators in flue gas desulfurization system of thermal power plant, and proposes that logic analysis must be carried out in combination with the specific working conditions. parameters and positions of desulfurization system in daily overhaul and maintenance. Grading inspection from direct feedback point of fault alarm to indirect possible situation. In order to quickly and accurately find the cause of the failure, timely troubleshooting, and minimize the loss of materials.
