摘要
轮状病毒感染是全球婴幼儿腹泻的主要病原之一,直接导致轮状病毒胃肠炎,其危害性大,造成了巨大的经济和社会负担。由于各种主客观原因,目前轮状病毒胃肠炎的疾病负担被严重低估。本文通过梳理轮状病毒感染的危害性与疾病负担等问题,促进医疗工作者科学地认识轮状病毒感染一级预防的重要性与必要性,并提出相关建议与对策,共同构建轮状病毒感染一级预防新模式。
Rotavirus infection is one of the main causes of diarrhea among infants and children in the world. It directly causes rotavirus gastroenteritis, which is very harmful and has caused a huge economic and social burden. Due to various subjective and objective factors, the burden of rotavirus gastroenteritis might be grossly underestimated. This paper summarizes the harm and burden of the disease, and aims to make medical staff scientifically understand the importance and necessity of the primary prevention of rotavirus infection, and put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures to jointly build a new model of primary prevention of rotavirus infection.
