血府逐瘀汤与丹七软胶囊联合西药治疗心绞痛(瘀血内阻)随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction/血府逐瘀汤 and Danqi Soft Capsule combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris(Yuxue Neizu/瘀血内阻)

[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤与丹七软胶囊联合西药治疗心绞痛(瘀血内阻)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例门诊患者按就诊顺序号随机分为两组。对照组45例阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d;单硝酸异山梨酯,10mg/次,3次/d;美托洛尔,12.5mg/次,2次/d;辛伐他汀,20mg/次,1次/d。治疗组45例血府逐瘀汤联合丹七软胶囊,血府逐瘀汤(降香、当归各10g,郁金、牛膝、地黄生各12g,柴胡、枳壳、川芎、赤芍各15g,红花、桃仁各20g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,2次/d,早晚温服;丹七软胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床表现、Q-T间期离散度(Q-Td)、J-T间期离散度(J-Td)、心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛持续时间、不良反应。治疗1疗程(1个月),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效33例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率95.56%;对照组显效24例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率80.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。心绞痛发作频次、心绞痛持续时间两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01),J-Td,Q-Td治疗组明显改善(P<0.01),对照组无显著变化(P>0.05)。[结论]血府逐瘀汤、丹七软胶囊联合西药治疗心绞痛(瘀血内阻),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and Danqi soft capsule combined with western medicine on angina pectoris(Yuxue Neizu). [Method] Ninety outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visiting. The control group consisted of 45 cases of aspirin, 100 mg/time, once a day;isosorbide mononitrate, 10 mg/time, three times a day;metoprolol, 12.5 mg/time, twice a day;simvastatin, 20 mg/time, once a day. In the treatment group, 45 cases were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Danqi Soft Capsule, Xuefu Zhuyu decoction(Jiangxiang,Danggui each 10 g, Yujin,Niuxi, Shengdihuang each 12 g, Chaihu, Zhiqiao, Chuanxiong, Chishao each 15 g, Honghua,Taoren each 20 g), 1 dose/d, 200 mL for water decoction, 2 times/d, warm in the morning and evening;Danqi Soft Capsule, 5 capsules Continuous treatment for one month is a course of treatment. Clinical manifestations,Q-T interval dispersion(Q-Td), J-T interval dispersion(J-Td), frequency of angina attack, duration of angina pectoris and adverse reactions were observed. One course of treatment(1 month) was used to determine the curative effect. [Result] 33 cases were markedly effective in the treatment group, 10 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.56%. 24 cases were markedly effective in the control group,12 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 80.00%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The frequency of angina attack and duration of angina pectoris were improved in both groups(P<0.01). The improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.01). The improvement of J-Td and Q-Td groups was significant(P<0.01).There was no significant change in control group(P>0.05). [Conclusion] Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and Danqi Soft Capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris(internal obstruction of blood stasis)have satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion.
