温胆汤联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症(胆胃不和)随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Wendan Decoction combined with Simvastatin in the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia(Danwei Buhe)

[目的]观察温胆汤联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症(胆胃不和)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按就诊顺序号随机分为两组。对照组40例辛伐他汀,10mg/次,晚饭后顿服。治疗组40例温胆汤(陈皮9g,半夏、竹茹、枳实各6g,茯苓、生姜各5g,甘草3g,酸枣仁、石菖蒲、远志、黄连、栀子各5g,大枣2枚),1剂/d,水煎400mL,2次/d,早晚温服;辛伐他汀治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床表现、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、不良反应。治疗1疗程(4周),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈20例,显效13例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%;对照组临床痊愈15例,显效10例,有效6例,无效9例,总有效率77.50%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]温胆汤联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症(胆胃不和),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Wendan decoction combined with simvastatin on hyperlipidemia.[Method] Eighty outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visiting. 40 patients in the control group received simvastatin 10 mg/time and took it after supper.In the treatment group, 40 cases of Wendan decoction(Chenpi 9 g, Banxia, Zhuru, Zhishi each 6 g, fuling,Shengjiang each 5 g, Gancao 3 g, Suanzaoren, Shicangpu, Yuanzhi, Huanglian, Zhizi each 5 g, Dazao 2, 1 dose/d,decocted in water 400 mL, 2 times/d, warm in the morning and evening;Simvastatin treatment was the same as the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks is a course of treatment. Clinical manifestations, TC,TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and adverse reactions were observed. One course of treatment(4 weeks) was used to determine the curative effect.[Result] In the treatment group, 20 cases were cured, 13 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.00%. In the control group, 15 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 77.50%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were improved in both groups(P<0.05, P<0.01), and the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Wendan decoction combined with simvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia(gallbladder-stomach discord) has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion.
