摘要
安徽某半地埋式污水处理厂反硝化深床滤池采用污泥驯化的方式进行调试。调试 共分为两个阶段:第1阶段每24 h换水1次,加药、闷曝进行微生物培养,历时3 ~7 d;第2阶段采 用小水量连续进水方式进行加药培菌,历时5 ~10 d。在冬季低温条件下,微生物脱氮效果仍然非 常明显,出水水质稳定达标。将污泥驯化技术应用于反硝化深床滤池调试中,有利于加快调试进 程,对深度处理及整个污水处理厂的调试、运行都具有非常重要的意义。
In Anhui Province, deep bed denitrification filter used in a semi-buried sewage treatment plant was commissioned using sludge acclimation method. The commissioning was divided into two stages: in the first stage the water was changed every 24 hours, and the microorganism culture was incubated for 3 - 7 days with aeration and the addition of carbon source. In the second stage, the wastewater was continuously fed by a low flow rate, and the bacteria were cultured by adding carbon source for 5-10 days. Under the low temperature in winter, the nitrogen removal remained high efficiency, and the effluent quality was stable to the standard. The sludge acclimation technology is beneficial to accelerating the commissioning of the deep bed denitrification filter. It is of great significance to the advanced wastewater treatment and the commissioning of the sewage treatment plant.
