摘要
探讨了消防灭火救援服的设计要求及工艺优化,指出消防灭火救援服必须满足阻燃性、隔热性、防静电性与防水透汽性4个方面的防护要求,因此,在消防灭火救援服的设计中应积极选择新型的功能性材料,并采用多层面料配伍的方法,在此基础上合理设计服装尺寸,优化服装整体及局部设计,同时引入智能电子配件使服装智能化、功能化,从而保障救援人员的生命安全,提高救援效率。
Design requirements and optimization technologies of firefighter uniform design were studied. And it was pointed out that the firefighter uniform should meet the requirements of flame retardancy,thermal insulation,antistatic and waterproof. New functional materials and multilayer fabrics should be choosen,and based on that,clothing sizes should designed reasonable to optimize the whole and part design. Meanwhile,intelligent accessories can be introduced to improve the firefighter uniform s intelligentialize and functionalization,so as to ensure the safety of rescue workers and improve the rescue efficiency.
