摘要
采用均苯四酸二酐(PMDA)和4,4二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为原料,将两者分别加入N,N二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)与1甲基2吡咯烷酮(NMP)以3∶7体积比混合反应得到聚酰胺酸溶液,并利用静电纺丝技术得到聚酰胺酸纳米纤维膜,再经过热亚胺化得到聚酰亚胺纳米纤维膜。在纺丝液中掺杂聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纳米颗粒,并经过电晕放电驻极处理,测试该空气过滤材料的过滤效率。结果表明,经电晕放电驻极处理且掺杂PTFE纳米颗粒的聚酰亚胺纳米纤维膜具有较高的过滤效率和较低的过滤阻力,其最佳过滤效率为99.913%,过滤阻力为69Pa。
Polyamic acid solution was prepared by mixing N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP) in a volume ratio of 3∶ 7 with pyromellitic anhydride(PMDA) and 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA) as raw materials. Then electrospinning technology was used to prepare electrospun polyamic acid film. The polyimide electrospun film was obtained by thermal imidization. Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) nanoparticles were doped in the spinning solution.After corona discharge electret treatment,the filtration efficiency of the air filtration material was tested. The results show that discharge electret treated polyimide nanofiber membrane doped with PTFE nanoparticles has higher filtration efficiency and lower pressure drop,whose optimal filtration efficiency is 99.913%,pressure drop is 69 Pa.
