摘要
为改善普通涤纶长丝保暖、蓬松等性能,获得异形化、功能性的中空涤纶长丝,分别利用单因子试验和正交试验研究了碱液质量浓度、处理浴温度和保温时间对C型截面中空涤纶长丝减重率和力学性能的影响。得出C型截面中空涤纶长丝的最佳碱减量加工工艺方案:处理浴碱液质量浓度为15.5g/L,处理浴温度为100℃,保温时间为25min。通过实际试验对最佳碱减量加工工艺方案进行验证,结果表明,处理后得到的C型截面中空涤纶长丝的减重率达到40.07%,并且其中空形态清晰、C型截面良好且断裂强力损失率下降为42.10%(<45.00%),满足设计要求。
In order to improve the warmth retention and fluffy properties of ordinary polyester filament,the special-shaped and functional hollow polyester filament was fabricated. The effects of alkali liquor concentration,bath temperature and holding time on the weight loss and mechanical properties of hollow polyester filament with C-type section were studied respectively by single factor tests and orthogonal tests. The results show that the optimum process parameters for the fabrication of C-type hollow polyester filament are 15.5 g/L of the mass concentration of alkali solution,100 ℃ of the bath temperature and 25 min of the holding time. Then the optimum process parameters were verified by experiments,and the results show that the weight loss rate of C-type hollow polyester filament reaches 40.07% after treatment. Besides,the polyester filament has clear hollow structure and good C-type section,and its breaking strength decreases by 42.10%(<45.00%),which could meet the design requirements.
