棉/苎麻混纺纱与黏胶彩点纱交织条子织物的设计与生产

Design and production of interwoven striped fabric of cotton/ ramie blended yarn and viscose multicolor yarn

设计并生产了棉/苎麻混纺纱与黏胶彩点纱交织条子织物。络筒工序以“低车速、降毛羽、防断头”为工艺原则,整浆工序以“低车速、三均匀、贴伏毛羽、重被覆”为工艺原则。由于色经排列复杂,故采用手工穿经并严防穿错,织造工序以“低车速、大张力、早开口、低后梁”为工艺原则。经过各道工艺的优化,使得织造效率达到75.0%,下机一等品率达到87.0%,入库一等品率达到99.0%,缩水率控制在3.5%以内。

The interwoven striped fabric of cotton/ramie blended yarn and viscose multicolor spot yarn were designed and produced. The principles of winding were low speed,hairiness reduction and breakage prevention. The principles of warping and sizing were low speed,even in three aspects,coverage hairiness and heavy covering. Due to the complex arrangement of colored warps,the drawing-in process should be conducted by hand to prevent wrong drawing. The principles of weaving were low speed,larger tension,earlier open and low back beam. Through optimization of various processes,the weaving efficiency reached 75.0%,the first-class product rate reached 87.0%,first-class product rate put in storage reached 99.0%,and the shrinkage rate was controlled within 3.5%.
