直升机模拟机客观测试的试飞数据处理方法

Flight Data Processing Method for Helicopter Simulator Objective Testing

目前国内关于直升机模拟机客观测试的试飞数据处理,还没有形成系统的方法。针对上述问题,对直升机试飞数据进行了深入的研究。总结形成了针对直升机模拟机客观测试的试飞数据处理流程,对试飞数据处理不同阶段的工作进行了详细的描述,提出了试飞数据质量评判的算法和数据标准化方法。在国产民用直升机D级模拟机的研制工作中,将处理得到的试飞数据包用于直升机模拟机客观测试,能够完全满足客观测试的要求。实验结果验证了上述试飞数据处理方法的可行性。

There is no systematic flight data processing method for helicopter simulator objective testing.To solve this problem,flight data of helicopter were analyzed deeply.The procedure for helicopter flight data processing was summarized,and the work in different stages of data processing was described in detail.The data quality assessment algorithm and data standardization method were proposed.In the research work of lever D domestic civil helicopter full flight simulator,the flight data package was used for the objective test of the helicopter full flight simulator.Ob jective testing requirements can be fully met.The feasibility of the flight data processing method has been verified.
